Isn't it better to have one mod to do it all?

However if you like it that way it's okay, however I won't agree with the fact that day/night toggle doesn't work as that was fixed with the latest update.

Lumina ruins this configuration, as does the order in which these mod features are applied in game (for example i must retoggle Daylight Classic followed by applying LUT or the effect is different like it is with only Lumina). best eye candy is Relight + Daylight Classic + Cubemap Replacer + HDRI 2K Cubemap Pack

Day/Night toggle works just fine on Lumina as of the recent update

Very good, the cubemap replacer can be used, daylight classic plus cubemap replacer plus HDRI 2K Cubemap Pack, the effect is perfect than Lumina. Lumina has two major disadvantages, one, can not day and night; Second, every time a lumina is used, there are bright spots in the sky.

Anyone had luck with this in linux? Doesn't show downloaded map packs in selector for me.
Lumina does, but applied maps won't show up either.

1. Gives an error message
2. Does not show up in the "Mods -> options" list, so you can't change the cubemaps.

So basically useless for me.

Functionality of this mod was recently added to Lumina .
10 billion years later and the mod developer couldn't be bothered to implement a working night time toggle for the skybox.

If you're still a fan of cubemaps.
You can use multiple alternatives instead of 'Daylight Classic' to run Cubemap Replacer.
Such as:

Lumina
Render It!
Fog Controller

could we get an option to replace just the water part of the cubemap at night? This mod is the only way I found to get rid of clouds in the water reflection at night.

One issue I am having - the sun continues to be visible through the ground after setting below the horizon. I'm sure it's something I have set wrong with a setting, but was wondering if anyone else had this issue and knew the fix....

As stated this mod works but you as stated must have daylight classic and the fog enabled..

@dj2422: not sure if someone answered you, or if you need one, but this is an amazing mapper for your skies.
so when looking at the skies, they are all changed to what you select ( based on the description on this mod or added content from the workshop)
And they remain there for the whole 24-hour cycle.
So I would assume if you would like them to change for your night screenshots, game play etc.
Then use this accordingly.

In the description it says; 'Redesigned options to support day & night cubemap packs (Night cubemap replacement support will be added in following updates)'.

Since then there hasn't been any following update(s). Any chance you could make the option for a secondary nighttime cubemap work? Right now the water in my map still reflects the bright blue sky of the cubemap I use during daytimne, which looks a bit funny during the night. If that's possible that would be awesome!! :steamhappy:

Somehow I can't hide the fog with Hide-It! But if I disable the fog in daylight classic the sky doesn't appear. :(

Clouds: this is due to Daylight Classic, most likely. Simply go to Options and select Daylight Classic under mods. Toggle the various choices and you will see the various options. Pick what you like. Change it at any time.

Pikeman: Whoever made that Theme uploaded a different texture for the water diffuse and/or foam texture, that's all. Use a different map theme and the water should look normal or different than what you experience with that specific Theme.
