Could the Soundblock be added?
Warlocc Oct 22, 2024 @ 3:23pm
Looks like this needs to be updated for the new doors.
RandomGuy0400 Jul 29, 2023 @ 9:48am
really good, but for some reason it seems to crash my game a short while after putting it in, idk why...
Dr. Distortion Jun 11, 2023 @ 5:52pm
Hey Blargmode, thank you for the awesome work! I've recently been finishing up a multi year project of mine. I've made A LOT of 2x1 windows with 2 OG doors sideways with their bottoms connected to be used as window shutters. For a long time I was using an early version of Aggressive Airlocks to handle window shutters i.e. clicking on 1 and both closing.
However, when I try to load up that same old script, it doesn't work. I'm hoping that maybe, you can add that window shutter function back to AA. Or even make a small dedicated script for that.
Thank you for everything, and for any consideration of my request.

I'm having an issue with the #Hangar tag. The outside door is the Gate from the Frostbite DLC. I have a vent in the ceiling as well as an internal sliding door. The Gate and the Vent are grouped in "#Hangar Front Gate". When I update the script with the update command, it doesn't register a Hangar in the PB output.

my Warfare II Window Hangar Doors arent closing all the way. I tried upping the auto close delay and it still turns the blocks off before they close fully, theres just a longer delay between the doors opening.
Warlocc Dec 21, 2022 @ 6:16pm
I notice that the LCD screens on terminals aren't affected by this script.
ZettDeEff Dec 5, 2022 @ 12:15pm
Thanks man, this Script is so fckn easy to set up. Other Scripts are so weird and so useless complicated to set up.Cheers
Tonatsi Sep 14, 2022 @ 2:06am
Did you make sure there was a space before #Manual/#Ignore? If there isn't it counts it as one word and doesn't see it.
TheMightyMcGrew Sep 13, 2022 @ 1:46am
cant get this script to ignore my hangar group. Tried marking all the hangar doors with #Ignore and with #Manual. Even tried marking the group and the timer block as such, no luck. Any fix for this?
Xorvious Jul 11, 2022 @ 9:26pm
This appears to work but I have found several issues with it.
Tiny airlocks will sometimes vent my large space station when walking through them, a different very old airlock script has no issues with the same airlock.
My hangar depressurizes and functions, but the airtight doors open slightly before the hangar is depressurized and I lose about 5% of my oxygen each cycle.
Frostbite gates inside my station even with pressure on both sides will sometimes cause me to lose all station pressure when I open or close them, again even with no where for the air to escape.
I cant get any of these to occur with the script disabled.
I wish it worked properly for me, it fits the bill for what I need!

@[SE] Bean You could see the first video. It shows how to change the delay at the beginning of the video
chazzee23 Jun 6, 2022 @ 12:02pm
@Paymon the Voidwalker Yeah same for me, I've even tried making them smart airlocks and marking all interior vents with the Ignore tag
Void Jun 2, 2022 @ 6:33pm
When using tiny airlocks it vents the entire inside of a base or ship
Master_117 Mar 18, 2022 @ 3:46pm
never mind it works know
Master_117 Mar 17, 2022 @ 10:46am
making smart airlock with a hatch door for exterior and offset door for interior does not seem to work i have try everything i could, the script needs to be updated please
Tonatsi Feb 23, 2022 @ 10:51am
@theRealPro it works with any block that SE considers a door, i.e. any block that has an "open/close" button in it.
TheRealPro Feb 20, 2022 @ 11:47am
does this work with the new door blocks (specifically the vault doors)
Tonatsi Feb 17, 2022 @ 8:59am
Just label one of them #hangar and the other dont
if it's in the same group it acts like an airlock
IconbyIrondoss Feb 17, 2022 @ 12:18am
very nice script , but what about the case with a hangar who got 2 entry spot (hangar doors group) like back and top and 1 vent ? actually it open both the back and top at the same time
Tonatsi Sep 14, 2021 @ 11:28am
@Blargmode
Would you be able to make this trigger Timer blocks on different portions of the cycle? For example #DS for Depressurisation Start, #DE for Depressurisation End, #PS etc
that, or make it so that any door in a hangar group doesn't auto close - I have some cool windows between rooms that class as doors, and I want to open them automatically when the room is pressurised.
Delebre May 1, 2021 @ 4:33pm
Is there a setting/option to change the delay in the closing of the door? Right now it's what, 1 second? I'd like it to be say, 4.. Is this possible?
Knut A. Apr 18, 2021 @ 2:16pm
Hi, I got a hangar with a custom gate that keeps auto closing before I can even exit. I have to run manual on it atm because of it. any idea how to solve this? the gate in question is:

Is there a way to make the script ignore all blocks in a certain group? I have Emergency hangar doors between sections of my ships to act as atmospheric bulkheads but I dont want to have to name each one individually, can you make the #ignore tag work on Groups as well?
Blargmode  [author] Nov 13, 2020 @ 8:28am
I'll just echo what I said below. It's likely full oxygen tanks causing the script to do an emergency opening.
space king Nov 12, 2020 @ 5:50pm
I've noticed my hangars frequently don't vent completely before opening.
Blargmode  [author] Aug 31, 2020 @ 1:51pm
@Servovicis It's set to only open once the oxygen level is minuscule. (Detecting exactly 0 is unreliable). There is however a safety system that vents everything to space if depressurization gets stuck. Otherwise you'd get stuck as well. I suspect that's what happening. Are your oxygen tanks 100% full? (Please respond in the Help/bugs discussion instead of here).
Servo Aug 31, 2020 @ 12:20pm
Is there a way to delay the opening of exterior doors in a smart airlock. I'm losing air every time someone goes through because the exterior door is opening immediately after the interior door closes giving the vent no time to take air out.
iMurmis Aug 30, 2020 @ 7:08am
Hello! Strange ventilation behavior with the included script. One of the air conditioners has switched to the "no pressurization" mode and constantly blows oxygen into the closed room. I switch it to normal mode, but after loading the game, it switches again. And the indicators on the vent block are blue. Room has 2 doors - one in out of space, the second are in other section of ship. Can it be solved in setting, Bro?
Blargmode  [author] Aug 27, 2020 @ 8:44am
New version 6.4 uploaded! It fixes Tiny airlocks not working in some directions and the Frostbite Gates not being handled as hangar doors.
haxwagon Jun 15, 2020 @ 1:11pm
Can you setup a hangar using doors for the outside doors rather than airtight hangar doors? Whenever I do that, the auto-close functionality kicks in and closes them after they behave correctly initially.
PredatorZZ May 13, 2020 @ 12:46am
To the guys having problems with the Frostbite gates try putting one of these tags at the end of the name of the Gates
#Ignore
#Manual
Senanthes Apr 7, 2020 @ 1:57am
One of the first scripts I downloaded, and ive used it in literally everything that has a hangar or airlick since. Love it.
Warlocc Mar 25, 2020 @ 7:42am
Even with auto close disabled, it still closes the new Frostbite gates, there's no way to use the gates with this script, it seems like.
Thecat8413 Mar 21, 2020 @ 5:48pm
Script breaks on the new Frostbite gates, treats them like doors instead of hangar doors.
Ceril Feb 5, 2020 @ 10:20pm
Hey! Love the script!
Is there any way to disable tiny airlocks? I'm trying to use double wide doors from a mod but it keeps assigning them as a tiny airlock. I'd love to keep using the auto close feature, so #Ignore and #Manual don't really fit the situation :c
Matthew Jan 27, 2020 @ 9:08am
I love the script its exactly what I was looking for
Blargmode  [author] Jan 24, 2020 @ 4:01am
@ING-RAY I used a green screen mod , built myself a set so that I could take consistent screenshots. Maxed the graphic settings and screenshot size. Then used Photoshop to bring it all together.
S t i n g r a y Jan 24, 2020 @ 12:27am
How were the drawings made? Is there a 3D model of blocks for a sketchup?
Blargmode  [author] Jan 21, 2020 @ 11:16am
@buder28 Thank you for reporting! The warning messages are now fixed.

bunch of error when checking code

Alterae Dec 15, 2019 @ 7:03am
Is there a way to get the output of the script (in the terminal) to appear on the programmable block screen?
SourceStick Sep 4, 2019 @ 8:23am
Can you make a more detailed description of the settings? Or just explain what does the Timeout settings mean.
Kyr Aug 30, 2019 @ 9:40am
I really like this script. Simple & easy to set up. Simple to use. The way scripts should be!
Pixelblob Aug 24, 2019 @ 12:06pm
is there anyway to make the doors stay open and the airlock only cycles when you click the exterior door?
xpgx1 Jul 20, 2019 @ 6:36am
Script still works, but spews out errors - hm. And @Warlocc - that's also my issue. The script doesn't always behave like that - maybe you need an extra O2 tank? Thx for maintaining this script Blarg :selike:
Warlocc Jul 9, 2019 @ 2:08am
I'm finding this to be way too aggressive in my hangars- That is, it's opening/closing hangar doors (interior and exterior) before de/pressurizing is done. Any way to fix that?
Gertz Jun 19, 2019 @ 10:05am
Dude you have no idea (well you prob do) how long Ive been trying to make a smart airlock with timers and just end up crying into my keyboard. Thank you for this script (only one that works). I love you.
Mythos Jun 19, 2019 @ 10:01am
I tried this on my space station some days ago and it works as expected. Thank you for this :-)

However I was trying a lot of designs so my second grouped airlock (with a corner lcd on each side) ended up as "Airlock 11". Although I put "Airlock 02" in the title, most times this is not recognized when I send the update command. Other times I does rename the airlock but when I look an hour later (without touching the airlock and without update command) it did forget this and shows "Airlock 11" again.

I have a problem on another ship LEL. Tiny Airlock isn't recognised idk why. I ve try everything still doesn't workk
