Current state of the mod is that if you have it on, afaik it still works on old LL quests but it disables new LL quests from triggering. I remember it wasn't an issue in the last DLC, as when that happens I disable the mod, reload and it triggers on the next turn. This time around in Silence and Fury, the game crashes to desktop if you disable the mod and try to load your save. So I'm kind of stuck with the new Dwarf LL quests being stuck.

Any news on mod update? I just started a new playthrough and the mod is unfortunately not working.

Does this work even if I'm in the progress of getting the quest item? I'm currently playing Skarsnik which requires assassinating a Dwarf hero but all the dwarfs don't have thanes and other heroes yet. Karak-a-Karak's already been destroyed by Grimgor and it's getting annoying with each passing turn

Thank you so much! I always been checking on this mod's page and I got a nice surprise!

So I can at least confirm having done a dry run with Snikch for this first quest the mod seems to disable quests starting. I did a run with all my normal mods installed including this one and the quest didnt start turn 2, and did another with it disabled and it started turn 2. It could of course be some kind of conflict with my other mods and not an issue solely with this mod.

Is it possible there is something not working here? My last two campaigns first with Luthor and then with Snikch resulted in no quests being given when they should have (when they ranked up no quest started). I read that the community modding framework mod will also break quests but I don't have that installed. Granted though, it might be another mod i have installed.

Tyrion's heart was not obtainable with this, but works fine for WH1 lords so far tho.

i don't think this mod is ever going to get updated but you can't start the quest chains for Morathi's first two items.

Hey I need this! :) Need it to work again with @Hamen's "Recruit any Legendary Lord (and generic Lords)". Need Sigvald with his legendary regenerative armor quest item, in my Von Carstein playthru, Sigvald is perfect vampire material with his regen armor.

Hi Crynsos, maybe you can help me with this:

I finally figured out how to restore the completed quest battles. They are stored in Preferences\FrontendQuestUnlocks. You do that by using a value from 0-4 (difficulty) in a line like this: <value name="wh2_dlc10_hef_alarielle_star_of_avelorn_stage_5" type="integer">2</value>

As it is now, under the FrontedQuestBattles, I can only see the ones I have completed. How do I know what is the name of each quest battle? Let's say If I want to add all Empire quest battles that I completed before formatting and before knowing how to do this? Is there a list somewhere?

This mod may require an update- mod manager says that it is outdated as of the T&T update.

this mod is messing up the new DLC quests for artifacts and legendary lords

I think this mod prevents you from getting the Twilight twins' dragons unless it gets updated in the future. Also there was some weirdness with Grom last time I tested. Old lords seems to work fine.

I'm really surprised nobody has made an uodated version even if Crynsos hasn't. This is such a must have for mods that change the starting location for instance...

I find the "lore" for the quests so dumb, like wtf is the point to go to some random part of the map.

@baseleyd I definitely second that! The battles are fun, some of the lead-up steps... notsomuch. I mean really, who wants to murder Kislev just for Volkmar's grumpy ass?

OP has updated his other mods quite recently, so it's pretty much a lack of interest in this particular one for some reason.

It's pointless guys, he hasn't updated this in ages, you will just have to either do it vanilla or get another Instant quest items from another guy.

Seems to screw up getting items for new DLC lords.

Causes soft locks currently.
