Needs language settings.

Since so much of the steam community speaks english, we need language settings. I have 2 Chinese mods (not including this one or the one I downloaded a few minutes ago) but they actually have a setting to have the language be English. Wortox and Vehicles are Chinese but I can make them English in mod config. This one doesn't have that option. The only language is Chinese. I mean, I get that it's your nationality and you used your language, but a lot of other people need their languages too. I just hate the fact that my character (my main is Mabel, don't ask lol) speaks in Chinese when examining the mod's boat but every other examination is normal English, which is my language.

So please fix this mod and add the HUGE feature--no, necessity, that its lacking.

this mod isnt as good as it seemed, mostly due to lack of more languages

没有串灯真的不太好，建议增加一个串灯

it's honestly not that useful since a proper base just replaces the whole ship, plus armorboat is better ultimately, and if you want to have a ship like this just play woodleg
