Brother in christ it's a marvel of design, probably the most complicated build i've ever seen on the workshop. Well done.
Frank Willis Jun 16, 2021 @ 4:24pm
Damn... Now I can fit my whole hiigarian fleet in it :D
RMazer Apr 5, 2021 @ 5:06pm
Thats usually what I do aswell anyway cool design look forward to more ;)
SuicideNeil  [author] Apr 5, 2021 @ 3:08pm
@RMazer - I had to split the hull into 2 or 3 pieces to finish building it, then paste them together. The resulting single grid is so massive it exceeds the shape limit, resulting in much of the ship losing its physics interaction when the parts were re-joined. It was not a 'fun' process dealing with all those issues, but the result speaks for itself :)
RMazer Apr 5, 2021 @ 1:50pm
How did you build this without physics a ship this size i dont think you could fully design? This is crazy
gangstalicious Jun 10, 2020 @ 5:50pm
one million blocks??????????? what!!!!!!!!!
Caspatio May 30, 2020 @ 10:54am
Absolutely fantastic.
akaalexandermax May 17, 2020 @ 2:55pm
Love this
SuicideNeil  [author] Nov 24, 2019 @ 1:49pm
@EI.Caboose- keen changed the way blueprints load in- anything 'large' is a right pain in the ass to spawn in- double click on it, then click no if the dialogue pops up asking if you want to interrupt the download to return to the game. Eventually it works- otherwise, I have a world version of this ship, check the description.
El.Caboose Nov 23, 2019 @ 2:19pm
i click on the blueprint 50 times and it wont spawn? is there a reason for this?
Shiro Skydragon Jul 11, 2019 @ 8:24am
No one's left. Everything's gone. Kharak is burning.
There's nothing left for us here. Let's go.
OB May 5, 2019 @ 11:09am
Kudos to you my man, what an incredible build!
Nes-AliTheAvali [GUC] Aug 1, 2018 @ 1:59pm
ok thx
SuicideNeil  [author] Aug 1, 2018 @ 7:55am
It's all Large Grid- should be fairly obvious from the images of the inside since most of the active blocks are large-grid only...
Nes-AliTheAvali [GUC] Jul 31, 2018 @ 4:17am
is it made out of SMALL or LARGE blocks
Jmattspartacus Mar 6, 2018 @ 7:21am
If you were willing to use a few mods, you might be able to reduce amount of blocks, or the poly count! This is awesome though, my potato of a laptop can't handle it XD
Lt Shiv Mar 3, 2018 @ 6:05pm
adagio for strings plays when you look at it. It's majestic.
BevansDesign Dec 9, 2017 @ 9:19pm
Jeez, that's amazing. I definitely don't have that kind of patience.
SuicideNeil  [author] Dec 9, 2017 @ 3:06pm
@BevansDesign- all hand built, over the course of 3 months.
BevansDesign Dec 9, 2017 @ 11:27am
Wow. Is this built by hand, or are you using some sort of script to convert the original model? Either way, it looks great.
Gordon Nov 30, 2017 @ 2:53am
Man. You're good. Seriously. Looks like from Homeworld. Nice job :)
SuicideNeil  [author] Nov 21, 2017 @ 8:26am
No Willzi12, it's a fully functional ship... muwhahahahaha....
Lillian NZ Nov 20, 2017 @ 9:32pm
Is it a station? It'd better be a station
The Italian Dandy Nov 18, 2017 @ 7:29am
id make it yellow to have a flying banana
WashableCash Oct 30, 2017 @ 3:26pm

How long did this take, you are insane dude
Dr.Damage Sep 23, 2017 @ 3:47pm
you crazy man! i love you and i hate you, this thing is amazing but honestly, a normal pc will explode after few seconds dealing with this humongous thing.

great job, amazing details! you sir, deserve a rate.
ViperZA Sep 23, 2017 @ 2:01pm
Just used it as a RAM and CPU stress test, amazing detail in the design. Great work!!!
Auynonymous Sep 23, 2017 @ 1:42pm
FPS 100
mooneatercum Sep 23, 2017 @ 12:29pm
looks promising
SuicideNeil  [author] Sep 23, 2017 @ 12:28pm
PC can handle it, game can't... ;)
Rozmetal Sep 23, 2017 @ 10:31am
Nice build, I have similar from X3 - Kyoto battleship 1,6 km long, but same as you-pc cant handle it even empty hull :D
SuicideNeil  [author] Sep 23, 2017 @ 8:59am
@Amber- it's the games physics engine code- there is a hard-limit to physics shapes that can be rendered. If you go over that limit, the game used to crash, but now the devs have made it so that extra blocks have no physics- which blocks end up without physics when all is said & done tends to be very hit & miss...
professional seal clubber Sep 23, 2017 @ 7:10am
This is the most impressive space engineers build I think i have ever seen, and I have seen the perfect blinky.
Docthecat Sep 23, 2017 @ 2:42am
Very nice job!
Amber Dragonlord Sep 22, 2017 @ 11:43pm
Is the limit a result of the code used to render physics with the game's current engine or is it the computer's ability to render/process that much data (graphics card and cpu)?
