I think that mod's not been needed since CHL 1.19 in October 2019

Latest update says it integrates Carry Unit Fix...so, I should get rid of that mod, or does the update just improve functionality of the Carry Unit Fix mod?

Hi, I am looking to enable ammo slots for all soldiers but I am not able to find the way to do it. It is my understanding that Highlander would allow for this type of slots to be available but I went through the config files and I don't see how to do it myself

I very hope this will be available on android if already is since I've been away for a year. Please tell me 😭

EDIT: I finally realized that the CookedPСConsole folder in My Documents was preventing this. So what should I do about it now? I need Highlander for my base game, WotC. Should I go into My Documents and manually rename this folder every time when I want to play TLP?

I really hope that the creators of Highlander will help me!...

Unfortunately, I discovered an annoying bug in the "Tactical Legacy" DLC: all soldiers in it are localized exclusively in English during missions (not during the pre-mission briefing where their portraits are displayed).
I know that before a certain update (about 7 years ago), this wasn't the case. In addition, I separately installed the old GOG version of XCOM 2 (when Tactical Legacy had just been released), and all the names of the soldiers during the mission were localized there.
Just in case, to prevent unnecessary obvious questions: I have Russian localization, clean configurations, and no mods at all.
Question: is there anything I can do about this, and how?
Please, help me, I've been struggling with this problem for three days now, but my modding knowledge isn't enough to solve it...

Is there ever going to be a fix related to TLP weapons not upgrading if you buy the upgrade while they're equipped on a soldier at a covert op?

That's probably a non-WotC mod you were trying to run via AML.

nevermind using the original mod launcher seems to work better

everything worked fine with mods until now, the game crashes on startup

Ok, this version has been re-uploaded with the proper ID set. First time for me actually updating the stable version so I missed a build step.

Your English is better than my Russian.

The beta version of the Highlander and this, release version are now the same. So missing dependencies can be ignored.

If you have a running campaign I'd suggest staying with the version downloaded from Github, but if you can I would swap over to this Steam Workshop-hosted version.

OH, sorry for my English! I downloaded the latest version 1.30.4 from Github. When I open the AML, the BETA version is indicated. Other mods that require a stable version send "missing dependencies" warnings. Can I ignore these?

The latest stable version 1.30.4 downloaded from Github or Steam during local installation is defined by AML as BETA. The dependent mods show a warning. How can this be fixed?

Should be full damage. E.g. if you're set on fire by a graze, you should still be burning for full damage, that would just make sense.

So do grazes DOT now deal no damage or full damage?

uhhh I am having a similar issue to that one guy like 4 pages back, only have both Highlander mods, this and the Alien add on one, it crashes immediately. I am gonna re install my game but I have done everything that guy said he did too, I am unsure what to do but it doesn't seem broken for everyone. Anyone with advice please lmk

"Three other nerds"? Kids these days have no appreciation for the classics.

I genuinely love that you described this mod as though anyone but you, myself, and three other nerds have ever seen Highlander and know that there can be only one. Bonus points if, for some reason, you were thinking of the TV series and forgot there was even one movie, much less any sequels. Born to be kings; princes of the universe, if you will.

Make sure you're not using the beta AH DLC extension with the non-beta HL (or vice versa), that might cause this.

Doesn't work, even with both mods installed (as description states). Complains about missing Alien Hunters DLC which is installed.

Seems to now be resolved, the mod is no longer flagged.

From what we can tell, the DMCA is completely worthless, a "false" accusation, and should be rejected by Valve/Steam.
The CHL team are actively watching the situation.

Because of some fallout from the Hearts of Iron IV modding community that is reaching across ALL of steam.

The TL:DR version is some Chinese modders got into a debate which went sour, and to retaliate they've gone on a steam-wide DMCA spree, all of it baseless, all of it done to intentionally expose the "weakness" of the system from Valve.

Many mods across many games have been hit with this abusive tactic.

why is the mod getting DMCA?

Not sure how helpful this is but I've found that I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to this mod periodically to keep the game from crashing when loading saves and/or combat. Is the saved data being corrupted over time or something? I know nothing of coding but given it seems to happen regularly over time that's the only thing I could reason out of it.

I know tis an extremely long shot to the point of being funny, but still...
Is there any chance the Community Highlander can somehow be launched with the "XCOM 2 Collection" that was ported on Android (smartphone)?
I tried this version + DLCAlienHuntes. The game crashes after startup, before logos begin to appear.
Any pointers would be extremely appreciated. This game + full mod support on the phone is a dream come true for me.

Does anyone happen to know if Battlelord and skirm's other skills are fixed by this patch?

Long War 2 includes the Highlander for pre-WOTC XCOM 2. LWOTC does not include Highlander, and requires it.
