This is not forgotten, I'm still playtesting this to ensure it's still balanced, as intended. I'll have an update ready for both of my mods, plus a mod for the new Endurance DLC.

Sounds like a good mod.
Since commonly the Race lenght also altert the parts and tyre durablity and the fuel consumption. So there was no difference in Long or short races. Just finer adjustments to tactics

The game has no day night transition, so you'll be stuck with beautiful daylight permanently, unfortunately.

i know but like you say next best thing and ata the end of the day a dam long race is close in the grand scehm of things

Unfortunately we can't use time for races. I did try with an old file, but it turned out to be unused for races. I did look up the distances for endurance racing, however, which was the next best thing.

@thom67 that was a problem with the game and modded models, this should have been fixed by 1.41 today (23/08).
on another note i would love if it was possible to change laps to time otherwise it's nice to have some use to tyre stragies

Sweet! As a MASSIVE Endurance fan i'm really happy that someone has finally come out with a mod to extend the amount of laps. One side question that i've been unsure about in the game is; Does anyone know if there is actual time change in the game?

Actually I tried with the ICE mod, and after a few tests, I rather think that the issues comes from this mod and not yours. I'll do another test only with your mod to see how it goes, and I will tell you ;)

That looks awesome for endurance racing, but the mod doesn't work for me, the game crashed just after the start of the race ...
