When I start the game, a popup does come up but it only gives me two options, "What have I done with my life?" and "Why are there two options?". Can you help me. Also, the other nations are rondomized, I just can't change..

you have to play the game then you get a popup where you can choose the ideology of your nation, the AI chooses the ideology randomly
