Because it has double movement on non-wooded terrain. It's a more flexible version of the old chariot movement rules

Why does the charriot acher only have three movement points?

The mod requires Brave New World, do you have that? Otherwise the mod should be pretty compatible, it doesn't do anything too fancy.

um, can someone help me, I am trying to get this to work with a few other mods (just some ethnic skin mod and some AI upgrades but it doesn't seem to be able to work) I also have the Gods and Kings expansion on, and the other DLC as well. If you can help it will be appreciated.

I'm not sure if this issue has been addressed yet. As I cannot play a "complex game" (anything with more than 6 civs) on my computer outside of Stratigic View I am forced to play all games in this manner. The problem with this mod comes when an AI upgrades to or builds the Skirmish Cavalry, there isn't an icon for this unit in the Strategic Viewer. I am not sure if this problem carries to all of your additional units. It has presented a problem during war since I am virtually blind to the attacks of Skirmish Cavalry.

New version up, compatible with BNW. Also added photos and comprehensive civilopedia descriptions, as well as a handful of small gameplay changes in order to make it work in Brave new World Better.

Could you post some pics of the changes in game?
