Author said that he will update runtimeGC in about 1 month on March, and than other his mods (include this one). However, even runtimeGC haven't been updated. You can use the link in Mile's message, it works in 1.1.

I think it ’s not good to come to annoying every day.
I’ll come here everyday.The 2nd day
I’ll come here everyday.
I don't mean to come across as entitled, and I really appreciate the work you've done. But it sounds like you may be too busy to update most of your mods. Maybe it's time to just post the source of some of them as is, so someone with more time can update it. You say that you will post the source as soon as you update for 1.1, but do you think that will ever happen? This mod has gone without updates for 2 years, while you promise that you haven't abandoned it. And just last month you said that we have to wait indefinitely for an update for this.
I really don't want this to come across as an attack. The code you wrote is from your own hard work, and you are the only one who deserves to say what happens to it. I am just suggesting that it would be a small thing that would make a lot of people, myself included, happy if you posted the source as is.
My plan is to put every mods of mine on Github as they are updated one by one, although I will have to complete RuntimeGC first... I will contact you and your team when appropriate, or when things go out of hands...
I'm wondering if you can lend us the source code; we can update this on your part and give you a well-deserved break. This could update the mod so you can focus on other things in your life.
Credit will be given in full; We update so mods can continue to thrive, not to earn subscribers and followers.
The team lead (Mlie) is very passionate about this mod, so am I; if we could be fortunate enough to revive this mod, we would appreciate this in absolute!
Thanks,
Mitz

I AM working on the 1.1 update!
However this takes time, as I have to review all codes in RimWorld (and the patches last week scratched my effort), figuring out how new elements work (I was AFK for a long time). An approx. schedule:
Code review - 1~2 weeks
RuntimeGC (beta) - 1~1.5 weeks
RuntimeGC - 0.5~1 week
Catch-a-breath period - indefinite
RimBank and RimSilo - indefinite, depends on how many codes to reconstruct
MuteGC, MuteCL, AntiAutoUnload and any other small gadgets may be updated somewhere during the span
For DLC users:
I do not own the new DLC right now, so I will first make sure everything works on base game. DLC code review will be commenced once RuntimeGC 1.1 is released, and compatibility patches will come up if necessary.
