avali is the cutest thing in starbound

and i love this mod cuz i am an avali fan

soo i would like to note to you guys that it doesent work compleetly with the matter manipulator changer of a popular dye mod (and btw i aslo want a fu versu=ion just from this mod that costs you 1,000,000,000 pixels to make on a new crafting station called the nexus just make it a small holostick thats 1 by 1) but yeah i want to make lots of other matter manipulator resprite makers to join together and make a mod to be able to swich between the two

I will consider talking to the devs of FU to see if they would like to use the sprite.

Here's a question, can this be converted to function in line with the FU manipulators, so this becomes a skin that you can install on the manipulator, rather than a full (and clientside) replacement?

I know the Elithian Races mod does matter manipulator skins, you might be able to check how they do it? They have a GitHub, not sure what license their code uses.

I would love to do something like that but this mod is simply a reskin and patch file. There is almost no coding skill that went into it. I just make sprites XD

would be cool if there were like skins you can equip on your manipulator like augments on a EPP

Unfortunately, I can not. The files have to be moved to a different folder so that it won't replace the default matter manipulator. If you would like, I could also just send you the files, and you could upload it yourself. I think people would like having the option, but if you don't want to do it, that's fine by me. You don't even need to credit me if you don't want to, all the important work was done by you.

If you are using my assets then no. But. if you can make it so this mod is a dependency then go ahead. Just leave a link and credit to me. What I mean by dependancy is that your mod has to use file from this mod when this one is installed to work.

Unfortunately, it would mean uploading your assets, so I don't want to do it without your permission. I would set you, and Nebulox as contributors, of course.

does this change it for all races?

ok i ask because FU dose change the MM but it changes it using ingame items that swap them out for differant ones, as well as how you upgrade it changes.

Yesh ^-^ it has no incompatibilities unless a mod also changes how the MM looks
