I really hated these guys in Psychonauts! They didn't do too much but they always looked so creepy with their trenchcoats and red eyes.

There are two options:
1. Use a tool created by someone who has reverse engineered the game's data files.
2. Directly rip the scene of a game using something like 3D Ripper DX.

I also ripped Agent Cruller and rigged him, but I'm not sure if I still have the files.

You'll have to find the non-Steam version of Psychonauts as 3D Ripper DX was only able to attach to that version of the game, unfortunately.
