Minor logic tweaks

Further logic tweaks as well as cosmetics
Decreased his use of Mist
Still trying to balance out his Showmanship

Logic tweaks:

- lessened the percentage of submission holds

Also increased his probability of Showmanship and aerials in hopes of BUSHI pulling out his signature maneuvers and top rope/dive action more often.

Also increased his probability of Showmanship and aerials in hopes of BUSHI pulling out his signature maneuvers and top rope/dive action more often.

- Fighting style (now Heel), Ukemi, and Return Skill (also now Heel) have been changed. BUSHI should now attack relentlessly pursuing more damage over Showmanship.

- Some cosmetic changes including skin tone. Removed shiny skin from H1 to N. Hoping to make more attires soon, but trying to nail the logic/action first. Also added further padding to his boots which were uncovered before (Thanks, nice man)

- Special Skill & Discretion have also been changed along with the probability of his attacks. Ideally, BUSHI should end a match with a Poison Mist, followed by the Canadian Destroyer. This one is still a bit tricky as before the Poison Mist would come out frequently, but recent tests were more balanced.

- 2 new attires including blue skin with Ingobernables tshirt, and solid white as well.
