WW1 boats are now deployable again

You can now train up to 300.000 men from the get go, as this is much more realistic in WW2.
Research saving has been DOUBLED to 60 days. Focus saving has been DOUBLED to 20 days. This should make it easier not to lose days while micro'ing against the Soviet Union ;)
Field Marshals can now fit 90 divisions
Division making has been made WAY cheaper, so get all those 7/2 and 14/4's together while you still can!
AI-improvements, AI should now react better to bigger threats and will attack less when low org/strength
Anti-Air is now stronger
