Some bugfixes

Soviet cities now have fortification around them
States now show 4 buildings (naval bases, coastal forts, forts, AND trenches)
Soviet templates and German templates have been balanced a bit towards Germany
Cavalry now takes rations
Infantry is nerfed really hard (to vanilla levels, to balance the ww1 tech tree)
Reichskommisariat decisions fixed
There now are 2 soviet spawn ins with around 15 divisions each if the Soviets are low on divisions and losing.
Greater german reich decision disabled
Bunch of ww1 cores removed from ww2

Small note: East Asia in 1941 is not playable as of yet. It will be coming in future updates.

Command power now has a cap of 200
Command power gain buffed, and war support lowering things (bombing, aces being killed) lowered
War exhaustion can now be lowered!
White victory in Russian Civil War fixed
WTT events added
Stalingrad and Moscow now have suburbs for city fighting.
Goebbels now is a national Socialist.
Northern Transylvanian borders corrected
War Support now gives attack and defence on ALL land not just core, but there is also a malus if you go in the negative
Winter is very cold now. Debuffs are way worse.
30% of your army can be special forces
Training is 50% quicker

Attempted AI-Improvements
Erwin Rommel now lives until the moment he died
Superheavy tanks are now not garbage
Heavy artillery is now made out of 10 parts, and costs 1/10th of the production.

Fixed the agadir crisis not autocompleting
Changed a few state names:
-Bulgarian Morava to Pirot
-Central Macedonia to Salonika
-Western Thrace to Kavala
-Eastern Thrace to Alexandroupoli (Yes, I am I aware it was ceded by the Turks to the Bulgars when they joined ww1)
-Lithuanian Bialystok to Suwalki
-the West and East Baden-Wuttermberg States are now called Upper and Lower swabia
-"Champagne", containing the VPs of "Champagne" and Verdun is now named Briey, with the VP also being renamed Briey.
Made WW1 cores more consistent
-Added Transcaucasian core on Azerbaijan
-Added Romanian claim on Besserabia
-Removed KOP cores
-Added RKP cores to Bialystok and Suwalki
-Bulgarian cores in Macedonia
-Turkish cores should be removed after the first balkan war, should Turks lose.
-Turkish core on I̶s̶t̶a̶n̶b̶u̶l̶ Constantinople
-Thessaly is now a developed rural region, buffed from a rural region. (No change in factories)
Added some decisions
-The schlieffen plan, kronprinz, and rupprecht plan can now be enacted via decision.
-Lenin can be sent to Russia via decision if you are Austria Hungary or Germany and control the Polesie state.
-The Regency Kingdom of Poland can be puppeted via decision by either Germany or Austria, should they control Warsaw.

Generic advisors have been added. This should hopefully stop the R A N D O M C O M M U N I S T R E V O L U T I O N S in minors.
The Blockade national spirit should now be lifted if Germany wins ww1. Haven't quite checked or tried to lose as the Kaiserreich (Why would you, you monster?)
1918 Crimean events have been reworked slightly to prevent crashes
The Qing, when played by a human, should be able to in theory win the Xinhai revolution should they hold Beijing or Shanghai. No other work has been done on China, yet.
A Bulgarian victory in the second balkan war is now possible. More work to come on the first balkan war.

added a way to remove debuff: "Poor army Leadership" for Russia via decision,
there are 3 stages, and each stage costs 150 army xp and will halve the debuff.
Once the third stage is completed, the debuff is removed.
Why three? Because rule of threes.
An event should now pop up once you have the appropriate industrialization national spirit and enough factories for research slots!
3: early industrial society (or farther) +20 factories
4: basic industrial society (or farther) + 35 factories
5: Industrial society + 50 factories

The UK now guarantees Belgium and Switzerland (That was a silly mistake!)

Bugfixing, new "easy mode", technology years for most research fixed, multiple glitched focuses fixed, some GFX fixed, Localisation errors fixed, Super artillery more reliable.

Bug fixes for Russian civil war, localisation fixed for some events and Liberia, Jabal Shammar is no longer as OP as it used to be and a lot of bugs fixed.

Tons of bugfixing
Added impassable terrain in China/Guinea/Australia to make Japan's life easier
Austria Hungary no longer has 0% reinforce rate, and now uses the new War Exhaustion system too.
War exhaustion debuffs modified
Scenario interface may look weird due to work on 1941.
German and italian portraits fixed


Waking the Tiger China, Communist China and Warlord trees probably added next update.

New Leader portraits for most major countries
Improved Japanese war, most of the occupied states are actually under japanese control now (couldn't build in most and didnt get the factories before)
Japan and Germany Waking the Tiger trees in
Maintenance companies now have equipment steal
Missing naval GFX fixed
Glitched GFX of land movement fixed
Fixed flags disappearing after Abdication of Wilhelm
Kaiser is no longer forced to abdicate but expect some hefty debuffs.
Cavalry is now slightly quicker
WW1 generals now have stats
