Prince/Princess of Wales minor title added, also Magna Carta even fires every 12 months if requirments are met.

The Magna Carta event has now been added. I have changed it so that you can have parliament as any culture as long as you are King of England. If you have the traits greedy, cruel and arbitrary and have the law abolished the council set, then you will trigger the Magna Carta event which will offer you the choice of establishing Parliament or deny Magna Carta. If you deny Magna_Carta you will gain the trait Denied Magna Carta which will hit you with a severe penalty of -5 stewardship, -5 diplomacy and -5 learning. You will also have a general opinion of -250 which should start a revolt to increase council power and create Parliament. If you accept Magna Carta you will get the trait Granted Magna Carta which gives you +5 learning, +5 diplomacy and +5 stewardship as well as a +20 general opinion.

The New update has changed quite a few things. Now Mps can only be elected from republic vassals. You will need at least 11 of these directly under your control in order to appoint an MP.

There are 10 MPs and 1 Leader of the House of Commons. I have also added 10 Lords and 1 Leader of the House of Lords. The leader of the Lords can only be a Duke or higher. Only Counts and Dukes can currently be Lords, I will change this later to include Barons to be more historicaly accurate.

I have changed the names for the Chancellor and the Steward in the council to Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Also I have changed it so that as England when you form an empire, instead of being an empire you become a United Kingdom, and your title will remain King and Queen. This was a little pet peeve of mine that when you controlled all of Great Britain and Ireland you became Emperor which never happened. I hope you enjoy the update.
