Soldier now has Ever Vigilant again.
Ever Vigilant now works if you haven't made any attacks.
Ever Vigilant now attempts to overwatch with the main weapon before using the pistol.
Pistol Overwatch is now available again for all pistols.

Perks:
Sprinter has been changed to +1 Mobility and +25 Dodge.
Deep Cover now also grants +15 Aim for the next turn whenever the character hunkers down.
Co-ordinate Fire's Aim bonus has been reduced to +10.

Weapons:
Sniper Rifles critical Damage bonus reduced by 1.
Sniper Rifles armor pierce increased by 1.

Shotguns critical Damage bonus reduced by 2.
Shotgun Aim penalty removed.

Plasma critical Damage bonus reduced by 2.
Plasma added Spread has been removed

Disruptor critical Damage bonus reduced by 4.
Disruptor added Spread has been removed

ADVENT Mag weapons bonus crit damage reduced;
Tier 1 by 1
Tier 2 by 2
Tier 3 by 3

Laser Armor Pierce bonus removed.
Laser Aim bonus reduced from 15 to 10

Beam Armor Pierce bonus removed.
Beam Aim bonus reduced from 30 to 20

Enemy:
All Drones armor reduced to 1.
All Drones gain 10 extra dodge.

Crit vs Dodge Refactored:
Hit, Dodge and Crit Refactored into seperate virtual rolls.
If your hit roll is not successful it's a Miss, otherwise Dodge and Crit are rolled
If the crit roll is the only successful roll it's a Critical Hit
If the dodge roll is the only successful roll then it's a Dodged Hit
If neither or both are successful then it is treated as a standard Hit

Balancing:
--------------
Standard Kevlar Armor now grants +3 HP instead of +1 HP and +1 Armor.
Melee Weapon Damage has been increased by 1.5 Damage.

Tracer Rounds no longer grant +10 instead they grant the Holotargeting perk.

Bonus trained soldiers from lower difficulties have been doubled.

Enemy Lasers are now Undodgeable.
Hollow Point Rounds now grant Exposed Bonus Damage instead of the old negative pierce system.

Features:

Negative Pierce mechanic has been replaced with Bonus Exposed Damage, granting bonus damage when targets are unarmored. Standard damage values have been changed to compensate.

Critical Chance modifiers have been fully integrated inside Spectrum, EU Aim Rolls is no longer a required mod.

Renamed the Difficulty settings to Normal, Hard, Brutal and Nightmare.

All new campaigns start with atleast 1 Trained Operative in the barracks, and he is dashingly handsome as well.
Each difficulty level below Nightmare now grants an extra 1 Trained Operative and 3 extra Rookies.

AI now consider ammo before making flanking attacks.

Balancing:
--------------
All classes Primary and Secondary Aim progression has been reduced by 25%
No tertiary Aim progression has been altered.
Scout sight radius progression has been doubled.

ADVENT Mag weapons have been changed considerably they now have similar values to conventional but less standard damage and critical chance for larger critical damage bonus and extra ammo. Do Not Get Flanked.
Gauss and Alloy weapons have no Armor Pierce and gain Bonus Exposed Damage. Standard damage is fairly low.

Shotguns now have inherent Bonus Exposed Damage and a large critical chance bonus against unarmored targets. Faceless beware.

Pistols now receive roughly only 50% of their weapon techs bonuses.

Repeater Attachments have been changed to +2/+4/+6 Critical Damage.

Weapon Branch technologies time and fragment costs have been reduced to only a third of a Core Weapon Tech's values.
Tier 3 Core Weapon Tech time been increased by 50%
Tier 3 Core Weapon Tech fragment cost been increased to be triple Tier 2 Core Weapon Tech

Viper Corpses are no longer needed for Nanomedikits
Battlefield Medicine Tech has been removed, Nanomedikits are available after Organic Reconstruction.

Easy Missions on Rookie difficulty will not spawn Captains.

Device on Protect the Device mission has had HP reduced to 30,45,60 depending on force level.

Wound Timers for health between 50 and 100% health are treated as serious.

Doom Progression being paused after facility destruction has been significantly reduced on harder difficulties.

Alien Rulers HP have been increased by 50%

Drones defense depending on tier is now between 15 and 35
Drones dodge depending on tier is now between 30 and 70

MEC Micro Misiles now deal substantialy environment damage similar to Frag Grenades via a Grenade Launcher.

Enemy Commanders:
Orders no longer grant any negative buffs to allies.
Orders cannot be issued while the commander is disorientated.

SENTINEL can no longer be hacked.

Fixes:

Super Units should no longer Fallback.
Chryssalid now drop corpses when killed.
Fixed DeepCover from not triggering correctly.
Fixed Berserker Rage not appearing on F1 tool.
Fixed Airstrikes not working for certain commanders.
