Removed Sectoid boss from Gatecrasher
Dev Note: This was the weakest and strangest 'boost' from gatecrasher and did not help alleviate the early difficulty of the mod. I am considering having the Blacksite generate different bosses aswell for a mid-game variation not linked to DarkEvents.

Hunker Down bonuses are now lost when flanked.

AI has been improved further.
AI will now attempt to have only half their team overwatching.
AI now consider overwatch and suppression as dangerous and take relevant actions
AI will attempt to flank on their first move if possible.
AI now consider overwatch and suppression while flanked into account aswell.
AI now consider flanks as 50% more important.


Balancing:
--------------

Demo Charges shred has increased by 1 to 3.
Combat Protocol Robotic Bonus has increased by 1 dmg per HYDRA tier.

ADVENT 'Claymore' MEC Rockets have damage decreased from Alien Grenade equivalent to Frag Grenade equivalent. (Sorry, Varyar1G)
ADVENT 'Claymore' MEC now has 4 rockets.

Killzone cooldown increased to 5 turns.
Killzone cone narrowed by 50%.
Lightning Hands cooldown increased to 4 turns.

Experimental Ammo Weapon Fragment costs have been doubled.
Experimental Armor Armor Plate costs have been doubled.

Tier 3 Weapon Tech's Weapon Fragments costs have increased by 50%

Increased Gatecrasher loot to allow instant access of boosted techs.

Balancing:

ALL WEAPONS CRITICAL DAMAGE BONUS REDUCED BY 2
Dev Note: This change mainly affects the early game to help prevent getting 'one-shotted', however later techs are not as significantly affected and better armors will be needed.

Plasma and Disruptor passive Shred reduced by 1.
Charged Shot bonus Shred increased by 1.

Plasma weapons critical chance penalty increased to -10%
Plasma critical damage bonus remains at +3
Disruptor weapons critical chance penalty increased to -20%
Disruptor critical damage bonus remains at +6

Gatecrasher difficulty has been reduced.
Removed 2 soldiers from each level of difficulty.

Face-Off is now a Level 7 Perk
Rapid Fire is now a Level 6 Perk

Advanced Weapon Upgrades now requires either: Gauss, Laser or Plasma weaponry instead of Elerium.
Disruptor Rifle Tech requires Elerium Tech and Plasma Rifle Tech
Beam Rifle Tech requires Elerium Tech and Laser Rifle Tech
Alloy Rifle Tech requires Elerium Tech and Gauss Rifle Tech

Analysing Items is now 15 days long as standard
Analysing DLC Items is now 20 days long as standard

All Armor's Armor Plate costs have been increased by 50%
