Update to version 4

Reworked happiness system for necessary happiness buildings with now noticeable effect. Read more about this change on banishedventures.com/north61.

Also new in this version a rebalancing of population growth and race bonus. Norseman can now carry + 10% resources and the survival feature of cold resistance was adjusted to lower the temperature people freeze and making warm coats better by also 20%.

In map options you can now see what race you are playing.
