complete Buff logic rework THX to Neothom for helping me out with some Code

possible range bug fix

fixed bug with players on server cant use items while someone used the tracker
fixed use while riding
some optimizations
saddly we had to remove the fancy looking 3d phone (it will come back)

fixed TPV model
tweaked animations
reworked whole dino finding logic (hopefully solved the range issue)
removed electronic from the recipe

fixed meshes
enabled phone while riding
added phone animation
