-Open On Start is finally there and should not crash servers anymore (if you recognise any server crashes after the first player joined server set OpenOnStart=False and report pls)

- Removed the code to import old Gameusersettings.ini options to Savefile
- Removed the code to import old Savefile to new Savefile folder structure
- Fixed Tab 4 mistaken color for title and txt in third panel
- Switched the fourth button from top left to top right to give server name more space
