- fixed an issue with the nuke scope: now you should jump to the nuke drop correctly

- made the mod compatible with any mod you can find (tested with millenium dawn also)

- delete the possibility of an impassable terrain because of that it is player unfriendly. Now the nuclear bombs "only" change the state category so this simulates an "fallout area" in which you can't build anymore.
