Major Changes:
- Updated for Stellaris 3.10
- Added tons of information to the new Game Concepts setup.

Gameplay:
- Silvermoon Hierocracy now has Sovereign Guardianship civic instead of Exalted Priesthood (and is dependent on Astral Planes DLC).
- Subterranean Inception origin now copies mechanics from vanilla Subterranean Origin (and is dependent on Overlord DLC).
- Elven Foundations now start with a Ruined Orbital Ring instead of Avari Ring. (Yes we know, an elf styled one is coming.)
- Serene Kingdom of Senalata now has Heroic Past civic (was Masterful Crafters).
- Aenari Circle now has Masterful Crafters civic (was Agrarian Idyll).
- Minor Origin and environmental hazard tweaks.
- Removed other habitability entries from dark elf habitability traits (they now have minimum habitability from Cave Dweller trait).

Major changes:
- Updated for Stellaris 3.9.
- Implemented council positions for civics added by EoS.
- Starting leader trait tweaks for EoS prescripted empires.
- Tekartas leader accidents are less likely to trigger. A rework of the mechanics is planned.

Minor changes:
- Added gas giant shaders to any non-glowing gas giants.
- Added slave costs to the various elven racial traits.
- Permafrost planets now have a city-planet of corresponding type. It is functionally the same but almost uninhabitable by less cold-adapted species.
- Sunless Realms origin tweaks.

Bugs (kind of):
- Properly localized all namelists to the order of insanity.

Gameplay:
- Serene Kingdom of Senalata prescripted empire now has Masterful Crafters and Ascensionists civics.
- Arcane Societies converts 20% of total unity income to base research at 50% efficiency (instead of generating Zro).
- Arcane Societies' bonus to Anomaly Discovery Chance have been reduced to 10% from 15%.
- Elegant Artistry civic is gone for good. It was outdated and bad. Plus it smelled. :-D
- Changed Sunless Realms satellite planet research deposits to be percentage-based.
- Removed redundant vanilla blocker duplicates from Sunless Realms planets.
- Minor tweaks to personalities and Moon Elf stuff.
