Added file own_custom.lua for large customization capabilities. Inside the file own_custom.lua there is an instruction how to do it

Fixet litle bug with hair.

Add 3 new perks

1.Sciene Level+1 - You have +1 sciene craft level like Wickerbottom
2.Hates spoilage - Spolied food restore less hunger
3.Water damage - Damage caused by rain or wetting
