- Considerable buff to Hellcannons. Now consist of a battery of 3 instead of a single cannon and have 50% more ammo.
- RoR are now extremely expensive but cost no upkeep
- RoR can only be recruited again after 99 turns once they are destroyed, so basically, never. Only works with new campaigns.

- reduced public order bonus from taverns
- reduced costs of lvl 3 taverns
- increased tax bonus from tax edicts
- buffed razorgors and trolls
- nerfed minotaurs considerably
- reduced HP a bit for trolls, fimirs and chaos spawns
- removed empire huntsmen from settlement garrisons, because they prevented players from building them in armys with the new caps
- reduced some garrisons from special buildings (reiksfort for example)

- Reduced garrisons from walls and garrison buildings
- Increased fatigue from running (harsh increase for cavalry)
- Added unit cap for Empire Rangers, Hunters, Free Company Militia, Dwarf Miners and Rangers and Bretonnian Peasant Mobs to stress their role as short term emergency auxilia
- Noticed that I seem to have broken some quest triggers. Will look into it.
