- fixed a bug that allowed Helping Hand and Lift to be used when a unit was incapacitated

- new console command: LEBFixFakeInjuries
- in certain mod configurations psioperatives that finish training receive an "empty" status and are no longer usable. Use this command to fix these soldiers.

-removed the xp gain buff since LW2 1.3 sped up the training process
-minor cosmetic changes to mind grasp
-removed all buffs to mind merge and soul merge (LW2 1.3 introduced its own buffs and some of them overlapped)
-added a small crit bonus to mind collective. mind collective now always lasts two full turns (independent of soul merge)
-since LW2 removed sustain, I merged Sustain and Samaritan into one skill. However Samaritan needs Stasis shield to work.

-Psi Ops now gain Xp faster
-Helping Hand (reload ability) now only requires LoS but no direct visibility (like squadsight)
-sped up the animation of this skill a bit.

-Winged Lance now has Invigorate as a required Ability
-Units that carry unconscious units are now affected by Singularity
-The AoE of Singularity is now affected by the caster's Will stat

- snake snuggles no longer prevent from being "singularitated", animations look a bit wonky sometimes, but it works

- fixed bugged visualization when a psiop gets sucked into his/her own singularity
- fixed some issues with "push door"
- new override for UIChoosePsiAbility to prevent abilities from appearing before they should or appearing more than once
- singularity now should correctly remove suppression
