Version 3.0.3
Added great new icons by Anarch Cassius. Reduced the influence of the graduate traits to make them less OP. Stopped tutors from giving a trait you already have.
Fixed the triggers for women joining universities. Ensured that you get books from a siege rather than pay and get nothing. Minor bugfixes and improvements.

Put a no thanks option for students coming from universities, added cooldown for creating tutors, making tutors requires them to be lowborn or content, made culture change less likely,
kings or emperors with university titles will now give them away, smaller bugfixes and improvements
