Version 3.0
Added China, India and the Talmudic Academy, this includes 150 new books, 5 new philosophies, new tutor types, a career in China for certain graduates, the usual university events
and a special "super tutoring" for Indian rulers. Improved philosophy by adding a philosophy spread mechanic, conversion between the full 7 schools and extra events for Platonists and Aristotelians.
Added an event for books to decay and a study system to limit stat creep. Fixed the university succession to not include students. Balanced University and Tutoring outcomes.
Improved on tutoring and the Pagan academy. Added other minor improvements.

Reworked tutoring: added a military tutor, different tutors give different results, tutors have honorary titles to keep them alive in a crowded court, tutors' traits now
influence the outcome of the teaching. Added the possibility to found a philosophical school. Improved on education outcomes. Improved on images. Made other small improvements.
