-made a bunch of crash fixes.

This is a really big update! There's so much in it I'm sure I'll forget what's what, but let me do my best:

-Added a bunch of new projects. They're probably really ima right now, but the values will get refined over time. Until then, enjoy!

-Added a new promotion tree for the journalist unit, along with a new mechanic: gaining experience every turn. This enables some really cool things that you'll be seeing more of in the future.

-Added new abilities and descriptions for nearly all of the final tier units (Info and Scarcity eras)

-Refined costs and values for nearly all units in the game. There's so much here I'm gonna have to make a whole nother post about it.

-Added a bunch of new civ specific buildings/districts/units. Right now there are a few civs that are close to "finished" by my standards. These include England, France, Germany, India, Egypt. I'm basically just working my day down the list in order (minus Victoria, who I did first).
