Version 4.00 13.09.2018

This update will either get US.E back on a steady increase in popularity, or the mod dies. I'm just hoping someone makes a lets play of the campaigns. An updated one. GbG's old ones sorta tarnish the mod's rep.

Dungeons

- Completely Revamped ALL of the missions:
- Leeds City has a new urban touch and the museum has been renovated.
- The Shipment has gotten a minor concrete 'facelift' for decaying structures.
- Flakturm Flayers has a variety of new hazards and general major improvements to the map aesthetics.
- Power Train now has proper 'Railed Trains' and improved the overall map structure.


NPCs and Monsters

- Added Panzer Railcar.
- Nerfed Armored Car.
- Nerfed Keesi 2 Bosses.

- Lowered HP of Lasbullet Turret.
- GBI Reinforcements now only use the JP-35 again.
- [US.E] Bandits no longer use Pulse Rifles.


Objects and Blocks

- Lowered crafting cost of many recipes.
- Distillery is now crafted at the Inventors Table instead of the Engineer's Table.

- Added Metro Sign.
- Added Heavy Airlock Rail - The heavy stuff used in the Russian Metros.
- Added Train Wheel - A simple decorative.
- Added Large Train Wheel.

- Added 3 Hazard Markers for missions.

- Added Ground Rail - A legitimate rail block that works with rail vehicles.
- Added Metro Wall - A type of metal wall "padded in".
- Added Worn Concrete - Worn out, gritty concrete.
- Added Concrete Stairs - A necessity for urban environments.
- Added Besser Bricks - For building cores.
- Added Irradiated Water - Hmmm...


Weapons, Armors and Items

- Fixed Madison LMG NPC.
- Removed AV-12, AR-25 Shotgunner, Glass Shotgun, Eagle Rifle Upgrade Series and Ithaca from crafting.
- AP-762 nerfed.
- Compact-45 buffed.
- ISC-5507 buffed.
- AR-25 & AR-26 are now energy weapons + Sprite update + Removed flamethrower secondary.
- Slightly buffed AK-60.

- ALL* weapons have been severely updated with new effects, smoke and shell casings:
- Shell casings!
- Animated bolt!
- Smoke!
- Improved descriptions!
Note: Shell ejection effects and firearm animations only apply to firearms with visible ejection ports.

Misc

- Fixed incorrect dialogue.
- Added many new codices.


Quests

- Dialogue overhaul - Liktov is now more of a joker/personal operator, adding some difference to Sarge's personality.

Version 3.92-C3 26.08.2018

- Updated Isigan Civilian dialogue to be less aggressive and to create a better indicator of an 'undercover cop' for actual undercover cops.
- Minor dialogue fixes and grammatical corrections.
- Trench Raiders can now randomly pull out melees alongside their firearms if they aren't already wielding a melee as a primary.
- Trench Footsoldiers no longer use the Rigotti Rifle but are now able to bayonet charge, either suicidally or after firing a shot - They are also slightly faster when running now.
- Modern Rebel Soldiers are now more likely to Bayonet Charge - Also new backpacks.
- Added further dialogue support for the Elithian Races to more objects.
- Reduced 2 parallax image sizes down to 8k pixels wide.
- Fixed pickaxe with wrong tooltip.
- Enemy Bayonet hitbox is now slightly larger.

- Gun Mod Kit is now its own series of items:
- Added Advanced Gun Mod Kit - Essentially a higher-tier gun mod kit for more "advanced" weapons. This is the stuff for standard ballistics like the R-K1 or Kalash-84.
- Added Industry Gun Mod Kit - Same as above. This is the stuff used to make high-end rocketry, Energy Guns and armor-piercing weapons.
- Updated [Crude] Gun Mod Kit.
- Updated every crafting recipe in the weapons workshop to be consistent with the gun kits - The Crude Kit is now used for "forceful" modifications like sawing off barrels or very basic internal modifications.
- Gun Mod Kit recipe cost increased.

- Many weapons from the Military Replicator has been moved to the Weapons Workshop.
- Updated Kalash-84 series.
- Updated USM-4 Series.
- Updated USM-16 Series.
- Consistency update - All suppressed weapons now fire invisible projectiles.
- Updated Bastard Gun Tactical.
- Riot Shield is now crafted at the Weapons Workshop.
- The cosmetic unused "Soldier Helmet" item is now craftable at the Weapons Workshop in the "Equipment" tab.

Planets - REQUIRES THE "PLANETS" ADDON PACK TO TAKE EFFECT.

- Shortened some background images by 1000 pixels.

- Updated Wartorn Planets - Utility Poles no longer spawn, preventing tanks from spawning on them. They're replaced with Red Star Landmines now.


Dungeons

- Added 10 Red Star Remnant Microdungeons to Snow/Tundra/Midnight planets - Lost soldiers trying to find meaning in their past.

- Updated Abandoned Red Star Colony:
- Red Star Remnant Soldiers can now be found wandering the facility [Only spawns if the landing pad has a ship].
- Now spawns as 3/4 priority on Midnight planets.

- Slightly reduced spawn chance of United Systems Prison Facilities on Snow and Tundra.

- Updated Loyalist Fleet [ERROR|NO DATA] - Reworked spawning mechanism so that some [NO HEAT SIGNATURE] spawn in-between the main spawns.

- Renamed Rebel Cruiser to Rebel Fleet [Battle] - Reworked to so that there's also conflict between ships before reaching the Cruiser.

- Added "Rebel Cruiser" - The same as a Rebel Cruiser in a battle but without any distractions for the turrets nor any allied drones. Good luck.

Note: Both Rebel Cruiser and Fleet [Battle] now have "lock" front and midsections which require hitting the targets on the outside. This is to force players to venture outside the ship to continue exploring. Also general updates, like locking the front door.


NPCs and Monsters

- Added Red Star Remnant Soldier - Found in places scavenging their own abandoned past.
- Ship Turrets now drop Scrap Metal, albeit it's only 1-6 scrap depending on the tier.

- Added Red Star Alliance Armor - From the lost remnants of a society - Found in Red Star Colonies.

- Properly implemented the AKE-110.
- XMG-2418 series damaged halved.
- Standard XMG-2418 accuracy halved.
- Molotovsky damage nerfed to 1/4.
- AP-762 buffed and changed the description to the gun's proper stats.
- STR-76 "Assault Rifle" category changed to "Submachine Gun".
- "Self-Loading Rifle" categories changed to "Battle Rifle".
- Went through every weapon and standardized their categories. No more "DMR-D.M.R".
- Updated NV Helmet.
- Added Hyperspectral Helmet - Buyable at GBI Dealers.
- Reduced price of Spearhead Launcher.

- Added Red Star dialogue - With actual russian! Except it's poorly translated via google because I can't get a hold of any Russian translators.
- Corrected Nightvision Effect light placement.
- Added Hyperspectral Vision Effect.
- Fleet Battle Parallax now has Loyalist Wrecks.
- Fixed some dialogue I guess.
- Uncensored some dialogue that got past the uncensorship update.

- Added Protectorate Sympathizer Ship - Civilians who'll essentially donate supplies to you for free but know they're still wary of your existence.

- Removed Nazi Microdungeons from Scorched Planets. As much as it is a form of test, it draws in too much hate and Rylasasin is still trying to gut me from my ass. Is this cucking out? In many ways yes, but now my ultimate goal is to surpass Redemption.
