The quest "A Relic of the Past" may reward Casque of the Wanderer or the Golem Knees instead of always Breakwall.

Mitrite Tomes have a slight weight as spy gear, due to the hero assignment cooldown reduction. Regeneration Talismans lose the spy bias (no real use).

Disabled "Eye of the Hurnas" for AI.

Added the Admantian Scopes (Spying enhance).

Added Hero Strategy type to all the issignias (Hero is a variation of Support Strategy for heroes).

Fast Learner Bracalet is no longer desirable on Army heroes and desirable in governor heroes instead.

Removed AI data for Hero innate abilities (Dust Boost, Army Boosts...), lets ELCP or Improved AI handle that.

Fixes and adjustments:

- Added a retrofit cost property on a class, to allow the 25% discount from the kapaku hero to work.

- Added the new 6 armor types into the Dust Eclipse loot tables (same chances for an item, but spread into more items), adjusted some chances in previous tables to take into account for more items.

- Nwere accessory start appearing as an option in ruins/quest in the third era instead of the second era (from Community Patch, for competitive gameplay).

- Zolya's blade got the proper model ingame (was somehow Starblade), couldn't fix Pikou's blade (had Zolya's Blade model), so I gave it a Tier 2 Mitrite model.

- Increased attack by 10% on all Point-blank Power capacities (from 10/20/40% attack to 20/30/50% attack), as the unit needs to play close range and they probably lose morale due to the ranged capacity.

Unique balance pass:

- One handed unique weapons give now 70% total base stats instead of 100%, to make for the fact you have the shield (or another weapon...), giving more percent stats.

- For forgotten unique swords, compensated the loss of percent stats with raw weapon stats, balanced around a level 10 hero (same stats as before with level 10 heroes).

- The capacity "Shadowguard" from the unique sword from the forgotten questline wasn't working at all (didn't get the 30% defense with both swords equipped).

- The First Era unique items slightly nerfed in base stats: Breakwall, Knees of the golem and Baleshark's Tooth.

- Ward of the Cocoon needs now Palladian, and gives attack instead of health (and, as before, Block 4).

- Blade of mercy needs now Adamantian, reworked the sword around defense and health (was very similar to The Shard of Icarael), also doubled the cost (similar to other 1h weapons: 10 Adamantian).

- Tua's Hammer (Kapaku quest two handed hammer) now has better attack and damage (comparable in magnitude to tier 2 hyperium 2h Hammer), 25% less hyperium cost, and the ability Crippling Charge (stun chance per movement used in battle).

- Jewel of the Azure Wind also gives 10% to all guardian stats, so it has some combat value. Is a legendary deed accessory after all.

Disable the Dust Powered items from the mod, I didn't delete the info, just disabled them in order to not break ongoing games that got the mods updated.

1.2: Fixed the tier 1 ans 2 dust-powered shields, helmets, torsos and greaves, they were based on tier 1 and tier 2 base items lowering their stats: all strategic gear other than tier 1 and 2 normal titanium/glassteel is based on tier 3 base stats even on vanilla.

- Some minor adjustments on many items.
- Added and adjusted AI data for items, now AI should be able to benefit from the new quest items.
- Fixed a minor bug with the palladian unique boots quest popup not showing the boots properly.
