Fix problem with display unit not relaying setting changes on server.

- Fix display units to properly display last page.

- Removed entities will now properly remove their world folder data file and newly placed entities at same spot as a prior entity will no longer attempt to load an old data file.
- Any data files and/or dead entity data found by active entities will be cleansed to clean up from the prior bug.
- Fixed yet another annoying bug that kept newly placed entities from path finding to the nearest neighbors first and taking a long time to link up.
Pending Issues:
- Issue with route count bouncing up and down during path finding cleanup but it shouldn't stop path finding from resolving.
- Moving the diagnostics process off the game thread to its own so that it can run faster.
