START NEW GAMES. IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE WITH A SAVE FILE PLAY LEGACY VERSION

Major:

-Reworked air tech trees for USA and JAPAN
-Rebalanced Air stats:
*Full stats rework
*New planes
*Added 2 new levels of transport planes
(this has been a major overhaul, basically every single plane state has been changed so expect a more realistic, logical and interactive air warfare.)
-NEW GFX for Japan and USA


Minor
-Removed south island in Singapur

-Chromium is now Rare Materials. This is to better reflect the diversity of resources that actually mattered and existed. (Maybe incorporate Chromium as an extra resource now?)

-Nerfed Heavy Artillery by around 10%

-Added 2 focuses to Romania

-Fixed several Romanian bugs and glitches.

-Added new option for better game performance. Latin America countries won't produce any divisons but WILL lose equipment therefore still actively interacting in the global trade market.

-Several Italy fixes, mainly description errors.

-Scaled down weather particles.

-Fixed construction menu.

-Romanian oil Natural Resource nerfed by 7%. We feel germany gets too much fuel from Romanian Oil as natural resource and should invest more in refinaries if they don't want to ever have fuel issues

-A lot of balance tweaks regarding heavy artillery

-Modified some spirits in some nations

-Improved AI logics for research trees of planes.

-Fixed bug where you couldn't move from urban area to urban area

-Improved supply problems in China. Shanghai port level increased as well as other major ports that Japan usually takes. This was to fix the supply flow from Tokyo being completely non-optimal and completely random. Now no matter what port it chooses it will be a decent one so the bottleneck isn't terrible.

-Slightly increased supply base values and infrastructure of some China regions.

-China doesn't get more factories when relocating from East to West. Now it loses 2 out of 10 (before the relocation was netting them 12 from 10)
