-Fixed teleport issue where player could be teleported mid air. (thanks Cai)
-reordered supports based on price.
-changed price of some of the supports to add some extra challenge.
-internal overhaul to the way support menu is handled (will help to easily add supports, vehicles and units to the request menu).

-fixed issue with command points dissapearing when mission is finished, hurray!!
-fixed issue with armory not working on certain conditions.
-now all FOBs use the same function to obtain the fob actions (used to be three different blocks of code)
-finishing other's leader mission now works (assumed the leader didn't disconnect)
-Tweaked earplugs

-fixed GPS marking not removed after client disconnected.
-added earplugs, this is useful when riding in vehicles.
-fixed issue where in SP, player squad will spawn in water (now it will not spawn at all)
-several code optimizations to avoid duplicated code, this is required in order to finally solve locality issues.
-when rescuing the pilot if the pilot is on a vehicle when entering the mainbase, the pilot should now leave the vehicle when it stops. this is still being tested so be careful

-fixed problem with vehicle spawn causing explosions due bad spawn position.
-set player spawn position outside HQ on a safe location. this change might Be reverted later.
-fixed FOB menus
-player spawns instantly and it is teleported to the main base once it is set.
-currently #include "\a3\Functions_F\Params\paramRevive.hpp" is disabled on params.hpp, works on standalone and player hosted server but crashes dedicated server.
