Fixed infinite loop issue with water containers. Containers will first break down into an empty container of the same name, and then can be broken down into component parts.

Also removed possibility of infinite loop from any item in this area of the code.

* Confirmation dialog box showing items to be salvaged and resources extracted before processing.
* Now handles higher quality items correctly giving you significantly more resources
* Option to get resources from blueprints (defaults to true)

# Note that as with crafting high level items, you may not have enough space to salvage high level items or blueprints.
