- Moved some initialization code to BeforeNextFrame. Shall fix some weird bugs with being unable to place engine block because the code attempts to manipulate a not-yet-existing entity.

— Improved compatibility of Ramscoops with speed mods. Now the collection rate, which was lowering infinitely with increase of world max speed, is capped. You will achieve 100% collection rate either at max speed or at 1000 m/s, depending on what's less. Keep in mind that if you exceed the 1000 m/s cap, this will yield nothing more than exactly on 1000 m/s speed.

P.S. Cap value of 1 km/s is experimental and can be either decreased or increased.
