Basically this is an extended hull version of the IEV-1A, which allows for the following additions:

1) 1x additional Jump Drive
2) 2x additional Cryo Chambers
3) 2x side weapon hardpoints (conveyored)
4) 4x additional Oxygen Tanks
5) Back View Deck with Hangar Bay controls
6) 2x additional Solar Panels

Improved & Fixed:
a) Removed unnecessary conveyors
b) Back Medbay is conveyored now
c) Rechecked control panel buttons
