Fixed Ubertek invisible armour.

Fixes:
Fixed Hazard armor mesh (isn't invisible anymore)
Fixed Armor ini settings (doesn't multiply damage when detached)

New
Tek Tank now takes reduce damage like a shield, need ap,elemental or head shot to damage!
Tek Jungle is now better then ghillie, the dino's wont see you so easy!
More cool features coming soon!
