V1.6a Helmet Item sets buff now as ark goggles item does. After reload the helmet has to be put off and on to enable buff. This is an Ark bug. But it will help to prevent timeouts on heavy loaded server.

V1.5 New optional Ini Value "TimeToPickUp"
Set "TimeToPickUp=3600" : any not pickupable structure can be picked up for 1 hour (3600 seconds are 1 hour)
