1. Fix for mods like S+, which do not handle key events correctly. (pressing O key while showing the S+ Pull Resources Pull Down Menu to select Obsidian has the effect, that the container structure is also be picked up.
2. New INI entry PickUpWhitelist=PrimalItemStructure Class list (comma separated)
only relevant if pickup timer is set in ini. the whitelist is for items, which are always pickupable like storage boxes, workbenches, table and so on (example:PickUpWhitelist=PrimalItemStructure_Furniture_WoodTable_C)

Saving the outline color fixed

Most parts are reworked. Many parts of the code run now on the client side. Only the ini entries handling and the pickup is handled on the server.
The outline color is now saved in the player data when removing the helmet.
The buff icon now shows the outline color and the state of the outline (on/off)
Crafting Speed ini entry removed
bugfixes:
Placing structures with NoCollision should work again in single player.
Sometimes the buff is not correctly set after game restart, this should now be fixed.
New ini Entry:
HideBuffIcon=True/False (default False) to disable the buff icon

V1.99a hotfix for the outline effect

V1.99 fixed issues for not placeable structures. New ini Entry FreeFloors=True,False for snapping foundations side by side in the air. beds cannot be longer picked up while on cooldown.

V1.98 bed with death cooldown cannot be picked up

V1.97 bee hive no longer pickupable, new ini entry PickUpBlacklist=(Comma separated list of class names)

V1.96 Outline effect rebuild. New 5 secs pick up timer implemented for treeplatform and structure with attached items.
