Hotfix 0.9.4a. Fixed issues with AI Spain and added a few new claims and a core to them.

Features:
- Added one European core (based on the previously held Roussillion) and two African claims (based on wars against the Berbers and the ability to link up Spanish colonies) to Spain's focus tree.

Fixes:
- The Spanish AI will no longer be able to unlock cores and puppet war goals in the Americas, because they often put it to use instantly after the civil war, leading to war with the US (due to the Monroe Doctrine/guarantees). This, as you can probably guess, hurts Spanish interests massively. Not subject to change until the AI lives up to the "I" in "AI".

Players will still receive the old cores (on Guam and Puerto Rico) and the puppet war goal on Cuba through focuses, in addition to the newly added ones.

Still, the new cores/claims will be given to the AI, because the AI can't hurt itself as much with these.



This fix should be perfectly save game compatible.

Features:
- Cores and claims added for Tibet and Iran (4 cores and 11 claims given to Iran alone!)
- Added two cores to Iraq in addition to their previous claim on Kuwait.
- Haiti gained core on Dominican Republic, and vice versa. This is based on Haitian minorities, previous wars, and the fact that they were once united as one nation (short lived though it was). Let the battle for Hispaniola begin!
- Sweden can now also unlock Gotland's full potential through the democratic path in the focus tree. I have no idea why Paradox chose to have it as a colony, but I trust it's not just an oversight. Still, if you want to draft every Gotlander as democratic Sweden, you may now do so after doing some political convincing.

Tweaks/fixes:
- Motorization Effort's bypass has been tweaked to not happen until "Field Hospital III" has been researched, as missing out on the two research bonuses for hospitals just because you rushed Motorized Infantry doesn't really seem like it would be a fun experience to me.

Save game compatible this time as well!

Version 0.9.3. Small generic tree nerfs and more nations getting unlockable claims and cores.

Files affected:
- Only "generic" in the "national_focus" folder this time.

Features:
- Albania and Czechoslovakia gained unlockable claims.
- Mengkukuo gained unlockable cores and a claim.
- Shanxi and Guangxi Clique gained several cores each.
- Swedish puppet war goal on Finland removed in favor of two new cores and claims on most other Finnish states. Also added a Swedish unlockable claim on the Norwegian state Trøndelag.
- Removed the political power on "Industrial Effort".
- Increased the time "Political Effort", "Nationalism" and "Internationalism" take to finish to 70 days. Reduced the time "Liberty Ethos" takes to 35 days to bring it in line with "Collectivist Ethos".
- Added 15 army experience to "Equipment Effort 1" and "Armor Effort" (still minors won't have nearly as much army experience as the majors will get, but this should further reduce the gap).

Save game compatible (but seriously, start a new game if you were playing as the Guangxi Clique!)

Version 0.9.2. Big update.

Files affected:
- The file "00_graphics" in the "defines" folder did nothing for this mod (didn't even edit it) so it's been removed, meaning this mod should now work with most graphic mods if it didn't already.
- Started dabbling in event modding to fix one near gamebreaking bug for playing Poland, and some annoying ones for AI Baltics and AI Finland. As such the modded files "Baltic" and "Germany" in the "events" folder have been added to the mod.
- The file "generic" in the "national_focus" folder edited a tad.

Features:
- Yugoslavia gained one unlockable core.
- Croatia (releasable) gained two unlockable cores and one unlockable claim.
- Soviet Union gained another core on eastern Poland (Nowogrodek). This core and the previous one have been based on Byelorussian populations within these regions, as they were historically more cooperative to the Russians than say Poles or Ukrainians. The relevant focus is now also a lot harder to bypass, so as long as you take it before Poland gets annexed, you're guaranteed to get your Soviet cores.

Fixes:
- The Molotov Ribbentrop events have now been edited properly to make sure an Axis-aligned Poland doesn't have to cede any land even if Germany honors the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. The same goes for Axis-aligned Lithuania in the case they control Wilno (the rest of the states will be ceded however).
- The events were the Soviets get to annex the Baltics and/or Finland in the case of them going communist have been tweaked for the AI. If these countries are in a faction or the Soviets are more than halfway towards capitulation, the AI will now always deny being annexed or puppeted.
- Fixed unlockable claim, cores and puppet focus for Spain to now also work for Nationalist Spain, even if they get a new tag!

Should still not break any savegames (at least it didn't with me), but please provide feedback if it doesn't work, or even if it does work, so I can know how this plays for others. Other than that I would love it for people to give feedback on the bigger fixes here, and tell me if everything works (would require an Axis Poland game, and/or an Axis Lithuania game which includes grabbing Wilno from Poland).

Version 0.9.1.

Includes nerfs to "Political effort" focus (letting it have twice the effect for half the price was too good, so now only the latter applies) and extra claims to Hungary (on Croatia).

Should not break any prior saves, but you might have missed out on two free claims if you already took one of the relevant focuses as Hungary.
