More Faction. More Action.

I thought i would be fun to have more factions, allowing a different experience each time. And faster major wars.
My goal is fun, not historical accuracy...at all. This is my first mod ever, for any game, please be gentle.

- More action! Almost every faction has a member at war with a neutral or other faction

- Starting Nations: England(leader), Belguim, Canada

AXIS (fascism)
- Starting Nations: Germany (leader), Italy

COMINTERN (communism)
- Starting Nations: Soviet Union (leader), Mongolia, Tannu Tuva
- Soviet Union starts with it's research reduced from 3 to 2 - In my simulations Soviet Union won more than it lost...I'm still trying to figure out how to balance them

ANTI-AXIS PACT (democratic)
- Starting Nations: France (leader), Switzerland, Luxembourg

RIO UNITED (communism)
- Starting Nations: Brazil (leader), Paraguay
- Brazil starts at war with Bolivia

PERUVIAN HARES (fascism)
- Starting Nations: Peru (leader), Venezula, Ecuador
- Peru starts at war with Columbia
- Ecuador starts at war with Columbia (right now it's a seperate war, WIP)
- Playtesting Note: It seems like most games Ecuador gets smacked hard by Columbia...I might tweak in next update

MIEDZYMORZE (non-aligned)
- Poland (leader), Lithuania, Latvia

UNITY RESOURCE BLOC (non-aligned)
- Nicaragua (leader), Costa Rica, Panama, Chile
- Chile starts at war with Bolivia (sorry Bolivia!)

- Columbia starts at war with Peru

- Right now Australia and New Zealand are at war with each other...but don't seem to ever actually attack each other, so I am looking into changing this

- Removed desert reign/islam as ideology - might add it back at some point, I like the idea of more ideologies
- AI less likely to leave a faction due to lowering opinion
- AI cares slightly less about the ideologies of the faction
- Non-core manpower is now higher, conquered territory will now give a more reasonable amount of troops
- AI Democrats more likely to antagonize communist and other democrats
- AI communist more likely to antagonize democrats
- AI more likely to join an ally in a war

desertreign Brotherhood is the most flushed out, but plenty more to do.
