kerfuffle fix with fenerox mech deploy

adjusted well check for world type. Unsure why the check didnt work, but adjusting it from

if not world.type() == "worldtype" to
if world.type() ~= "worldtype"

did the trick.


also added some fenerox lore to the lore loot list. 19 books worth!
