reverts the last change in regards to the bar vanishign on weapon type swap. it'll wait for tomorrow or monday. That fix caused energy to break, so ill look into a better way to handle it. everything else should be fine.

finally, alt-fires with ammo guns should function, and ammo bars should always vanish after a few seconds
