Not as big an update as I had planed.

I added in a focus to form the Māori Battlalion, basically splitting reconciliation with the Kiingitanga in two.

added a picture for Elsie, I didn't actually realise there were any female portraits, luckilly the one in game isn't too far off.

A few new political advisors, Rex Mason and Bob Semple. Renamed A.E. Davy to Princess Te Puea, she is unlockable after reconciliation with the Kiingitanga. Otherwise Albert Davy was actually in their twice and he is much more suited to be a democratic propagandist rather than an ideological crusader. Te Puea doesn't really fit this role either but I wanted to have a Māori figure in there and it felt a bit late in Ngata's career.

Otherwise I corrected a few typo's that I had spotted and got rid of some _'s.

I have been working on events around US troops in NZ (Battle of Lambton Quay) and some late game colonialism events if you had gone all the way down those lines (Actually listening to the Waitangi tribunal or ignoring it - trying to take people's land away they have just got back from winning the war.) But I'm not quite happy with them so I left them out of this update.
