Oopsed some events so was suddenly getting war claims on just about everyone. Should be fixed now.

I've finally started really redoing the focus tree. First step is arraning the categories in the order I'm looking for. Also started adding companies tonight but still having trouble getting dds to cooperate for some reason.

1. Added City of World's Desire focus.
   
2. Temporarily pulled Claiming Romania focus.
   
3. Rearranged focus tree trunks.
   
4. Added company names.
   

Scaled back the claims branch because it just felt too ambitious.

1. Changed claims part of focus tree.

I was hoping to not mix events with focuses because its easier to write when everything is in the focus. It can look ugly though and be pretty limiting. So I'm going to start mixing events into the focus completion awards.

1. Added fortification focuses.
   
2. Added wargoals to claims focuses.

Great suggestion by jagdtiger and he even formatted it so all I had to do was copy/paste.

1. Added military leaders

I had planned to do events before the focus but they are being stubborn so I started working on the focus tree instead.

1. Added a restore byzantium column to the focus tree. Its all the way to the right.
   
2. Added opinion modifiers.
   
3. Changed party starting percentages.

Sorry, the dds for national spirits were being a complete pain in the ass. So this update is uploading a lot later than I had planned. Not sure what I was doing wrong this time but I ended up giving up and using two existing sprites.

1. Added Byzantium to interesting countries launcher.
   
2. Added two national spirits to Byzantium.
   
3. Cleaned up files behind the scenes.

1. The "Other Countries" option is now on the right side of the panel instead of in it. I didn't want to remove any of the other countries and it still works fine. It just looks a little odd.
   
2. I shifted from replacing greece to being its own nation, files-wise. So any "greek only" events that were triggering before, won't now. I plan to start adding "byzantine only" events soon.
   
3. The file changes may mean this update is not save game compatible.

I think I might be pretty much done with the starts for 36 and 39. Will probably revisit the vp distribution.

1. Chaged ownership of 3 states for 39 start.
   
2. Added and moved divisions for 39 start.
   

Oops... Fixed it.
