Initial 2.2 Compatibility Patch

Several naming conventions changed:
planet_jobs_xxx_produces_mult (used for food/minerals/energy, engineering/physics/society research)
planet_pops_xxx_upkeep_mult (used for food and robotics)
country_influence_produces_mult (replaces old faction influence gain)
pop_amenities_usage_mult (replaces other species happiness in vanilla traits)
pop_growth_from_immigration (replaces pop migration speed)
pop_cat_xxx_happiness (new)
pop_housing_usage_mult (used for some happiness bonuses)

Some trait modifiers tweaked or changed:
Multidextrous: +5% Food/Minerals/Energy Production changed to +5% All Jobs Production
Herbivorous: +10% Other Species Happiness changed to -10% Amenities Usage
Elecrogenic Defense: +500 Energy Storage disabled until can fix
Subterranean: -5% Building Cost disabled until can fix
Spaceborn: -20% Migration Time changed to +20% Growth from Immigration
Relic of the Past: +1 Monthly Influence changed to +50% Unity Production (probably overpowered)
Toxic: +10% Tomb World Habitability changed to +20% Tomb World Habitability
Empathic: +10% Other Species Happiness changed to +20% Worker/Slave Happiness
Abhorrent: -10% Other Species Happiness changed to -20% Worker/Slave Happiness
Cannibalistic: -5% Other Species Happiness changed to -5% Worker/Slave Happiness
Parasitic: -5% Other Species Happiness changed to +5% Amenities Usage
Symbiotic: +5% Other Species Happiness changed to -5% Amenities Usage
Symbiotic: +5% Trust Growth changed to -5% Housing Usage
Bioships: -10% Ship Upkeep disabled until can fix
Organic Construction: -5% Building Cost disabled until can fix
Swarm Tactics: -10% Ship/Army Upkeep disabled until can fix
Epimorphosis: -10% Army Upkeep disabled until can fix

Added compatibility files for ExNihil's !Core Game Mechanics: Buildings mod.

The mod will also now fire a country event that sets the flag svafa_expanded_traits_active, allowing other mods to check whether a game is using my mod or not.
