Fixed

Changed the implementation of dead soldier checking for squads to be nigh-identical to how the game checks for valid deployable soldiers. Should hopefully prevent the dead rising now.

Added additional total squad cohesion summary, to the squad select personnel list screen to account for Leader's Pack changes to the standard Squad Select screen.

Changed how shaken worked from squad-wide to individual based. Squad-wide shaken can be re-enabled in the .ini

Typecasted (I think that's the term?) the Squadselect screen to hopefully avoid issues with other mods that need to adjust the screen
