Modified how ammo is handled. Each time you fire the grappling hook a new grappling hook will be added to your inventory. Hopefully fixing the rubber banding through the world bug. Updated the name to Reusable Grappling Hook instead of Infinite Grappling Hook Plus.

Modified how ammo is handled in an attempt to stop players being rubber banded back to prior grappling hooks when dismounting from dinosaurs. Modified the texture and icon to help differentiate the Infinite Grappling Hook from the regular Grappling Hook.

Resolved a bug where it was possible to duplicate infinite grappling hook ammo.
