1.3 = ending it off with bug fixes and a change to endless
-reduced lag on stage start heavily
-fixed random teleporter in custom map player ignoring far away warps entirely
-shield protector enemy now properly patrols instead of being stuck on the edge of the screen
-etanks no longer flag pickup in custom maps
-removed bosses from endless mode, and replaced with more stages, ending up in a boss rush seems to take away a lot of the fun of it
-fixed top and chicken enemies not trying to face the player properly
-fixed a crash when pausing during bitman's first transition
-minor tile fixes in editor
also gets the last workshop only update changes of:
-fixed a tile bug that only happens when you beat the game once, and then play a custom level(or endless mode)
-fixed minor tile issues in endless mode

-minor workshop only update (for now, not wasting 2 hours compiling the standalones for this,maps are still compatable anyway)

-screenshot change, apparently I can't do that from here, and need to update to do it.
-rng change in custom room player to be less consistant
-bitman facing direction fix in yyc
